The unique design hides the pad inside the Sweat Pants, making it inconspicuous, while keeping the pad situated about the hips. Sweat Pants are made of a high quality blend of pre-shrunk 7.8 oz, 50/50 cotton/polyester and features zippered leg openings for cinched or open bottom fit (great for wearers with edema). The front and back rise provides extra comfort, the four-needle elastic waistband has a matching continuous draw cord and the leg cuffs are double-needle elastic.
